At the recent ASCO meeting, we presented encouraging data for several novel ADCs in our oncology pipeline, including preliminary data from a Phase I dose expansion study evaluating Temab-A, our next-generation c-Met ADC in patients with EGFR-mutated non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Temab-A demonstrated high and durable responses across c-MET expression levels with an objective response rate of 63% and median duration of response of 9.8 months.
