And so the 100,000 contemplates the combination of both the JVs as well as the wholesale markets. In terms of the question about other inorganic, obviously, we continue to keep an open mind as you would expect us too about that. But the 100,000 is with the organic -- the deals that we've closed -- that will all be closed as of tomorrow as well as the markets that we've already been operating with in wholesale. G.
