Reported
Term license revenue came in at $13.7 million, a decline of 13% year-over-year... Excluding this change, term license revenue would have been $18.1 million or up 15% year-over-year

How to check this claim

Look at: Term license revenue, Q4 2021, as reported by AVPT

It came true if: Q4 2021 term license revenue within approximately 15% of Q3 2021 term license revenue (comparable magnitude, not a sharp drop-off)

Where: Company quarterly earnings release / income statement disaggregation of revenue (Q4 2021 results)

But again, I would say be similar to Q3 from an expectation point of view. I'd keep that in mind. Tj Jiang : I would just highlight that regardless -- yes, I'll just add a layer or more color. So regardless of term or SaaS, at the end of the day, it's all subscription license. It's only term when the customer also has some other data on - prem that they're protecting. But vast majority of the work load and data that we're helping our customers to manage and work on are in the cloud. So just bec
