In context

Jake Van Naarden (President, Lilly Oncology and Head of Business Development): Yes. Thanks, Mohit, for the question. We're really excited about the presence that we have in breast cancer historically and going forward. I think the three most important targets in breast cancer are the estrogen receptor, CDK4/6, and PI3 kinase alpha. We think we have the best medicines for every single one of those targets, and we have plans to combine them all. We're working with imlunestrant, currently an approved product as Inluyro, with EMBER-4 slated to read out next year in the adjuvant trial that is a major moment for that medicine. We're on the precipice of beginning the Phase 3 program for Tersolisib, the PI3 kinase alpha-selective inhibitor, which will be initially combined with existing endocrine therapies. Over time, we envision absolutely combining with Inluyro. Even the existing study will be combined with investigators' choice of CDK4/6, a large part of which we expect will be Verzenio. So we're really excited about the potential for that all-oral combination in a variety of settings down the road.
