Where this number comes from

Overall, the number of workflows and the number of transactions each grew over 33%, from 60 billion to 80 billion and from 4.8 trillion to 6.4 trillion respectively.

Verbatim from a later earnings call (Jan 28, 2026).

Why this grade

Management had forecast significant usage growth from agentic adoption; the reported outcome showed workflows and transactions both growing over 33% year over year, consistent with a significant increase.

Deviation basis: qualitative commitment ('significant increase') resolved by a specific growth figure; no baseline percentage was committed to compare against

In context

Gina Mastantuono (CFO): Thank you for the question, Samad. You're correct in noting that our Now Assist already includes a consumptive component. For example, there is a seat-based model where exceeding expected usage requires purchasing additional tokens. So far, the additional token revenue has not been significant. What we're discussing now is similar in nature, as the new agentic capabilities will be included in the existing Now Assist offering. The 1,000 customers who have purchased it will automatically have access to this feature. As they begin to use the agentic capabilities, we expect usage to increase significantly. While a baseline subscription is necessary, the real growth in revenue will come from increased usage. This approach is not fundamentally different from what we've done previously; it is now being extended to include agentic AI alongside the core Now Assist. Does that make sense?
